TeachBetter.ai’s tools leverage OpenAI’s GPT models to provide AI-driven outputs. While these tools are designed to enhance productivity and support educational goals, you should note the following:

• Assistance, Not Replacement:The AI tools assist users by automating tasks and offering solutions but are not a substitute for professional judgment or teaching expertise.
• Quality of Outputs:The accuracy of AI-generated responses depends on the quality and detail of the input provided. Users are encouraged to review outputs for appropriateness before use.
• Human Oversight:We strongly recommend expert review and human oversight for all AI-generated content to ensure accuracy and alignment with educational objectives.
• No Liability:TBAI Solutions Private Limited is not responsible for inaccuracies, errors, or misuse of AI-generated content.

7.     AI Tokens and Fair Usage Policy

TeachBetter.ai uses AI tokens to manage and track usage of the Platform’s tools and services. The following guidelines apply:

• Fair Usage:Users must use AI tools within the limits defined by their subscription or license. Excessive or unfair usage, such as automated bulk queries or misuse, is prohibited.
• Right to Limit or Terminate Access:TBAI Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to limit, suspend, or terminate access to the Platform for users who exceed their fair usage limits or engage in misuse.
• Monitoring Usage:Usage patterns may be monitored to ensure compliance with this policy.
• Account Sharing:Sharing one set of login credentials among multiple users or across multiple devices is strictly prohibited. Any such misuse may result in the permanent suspension or termination of the account.

8.     Subscription and School Licenses

TeachBetter.ai offers subscription plans for individuals, schools, and institutions.

• Payment Terms:All subscriptions are prepaid and non-refundable unless explicitly stated.
• School Licenses:Schools or institutions can purchase multiple licenses for their staff. TBAI Solutions Private Limited is not responsible for non-utilization of licenses.
• Renewals:Subscriptions will need to be renewed at the end of the agreed term to maintain uninterrupted access.
• Subscription Charges:Subscription fees are subject to change at the sole discretion of TBAI Solutions Private Limited. We reserve the right to revise pricing without prior notice. Any changes will apply to new subscriptions or renewals, while existing subscriptions will remain unaffected until their renewal date.

9.     Intellectual Property Rights

Users retain ownership of content they create or upload to the Platform. By submitting content, you grant TBAI Solutions Private Limited a non-exclusive, royalty-free license to use, modify, and display the content as necessary to provide services.

To the fullest extent permitted by law, TBAI Solutions Private Limited shall not be liable for:

• Indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use or inability to use the Platform.
• Losses resulting from unauthorized access due to user negligence.
• Errors or inaccuracies in AI-generated content.

TBAI Solutions Private Limited’s total liability shall not exceed the amount paid by the user for access to the Platform during the preceding 3 months.

13.  Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless TBAI Solutions Private Limited, its affiliates, and employees from claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of the Platform or violation of these Terms.

14.  Governing Law and Jurisdiction

These Terms shall be governed by the laws of India. Any disputes arising out of or related to these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Bhubaneswar, Odisha, India.

15.  TeachBetter.ai Community Guidelines

By joining TeachBetter.ai communities on WhatsApp, LinkedIn, Facebook, and other platforms, members agree to these stringent guidelines to maintain a professional, respectful, and value-driven environment.

• Maintain respectful and professional communication at all times. Any form of disrespect, abuse, or inappropriate language will lead to immediate removal.
• Discussions should focus solely on AI in education, teaching methodologies, and professional growth. Off-topic content, including memes or irrelevant forwards, will result in removal after warnings.
• Strictly prohibit self-promotion, spam, affiliate links, and unsolicited services. Violators will face permanent bans without prior warning.
• Protect the privacy and confidentiality of group information. Sharing personal details or confidential data outside the community is prohibited and may lead to legal action.
• Feedback and discussions should be constructive, professional, and aimed at enhancing learning outcomes.
• Harassment, hate speech, or any form of misconduct will result in immediate expulsion without warning.
• Group resources and shared materials must be used exclusively for educational and professional purposes. Misuse will be reported and addressed promptly.
• ai moderators have full authority to remove content or participants violating guidelines. Non-compliance may result in suspension or permanent removal without notice.
• Members must adhere to the terms and conditions of the respective platforms where the communities are hosted.

By participating in the TeachBetter.ai community, members agree to these stringent guidelines. Failure to comply may lead to immediate termination of access and possible legal consequences

16.  Termination

TBAI Solutions Private Limited reserves the right to terminate or suspend access to the Platform for violations of these Terms or activities deemed harmful to the Platform or its users.

17.  Force Majeure Clause

TBAI Solutions Private Limited shall not be held liable or responsible for any failure or delay in the performance of its obligations under these Terms and Conditions due to events beyond its reasonable control. Such events include, but are not limited to, acts of God, natural disasters, pandemics, government actions, strikes, labor disputes, war, acts of terrorism, internet or telecommunication failures, or any other unforeseen circumstances that prevent the normal operation of the Platform. In the event of a force majeure occurrence, TBAI Solutions Private Limited will make reasonable efforts to mitigate the impact and resume services as soon as practicable.

18.  Company Closure Clause:

In the event of the closure or discontinuation of TBAI Solutions Private Limited’s operations, the company shall not be held liable for any refunds related to unused licenses, advance subscription payments, or other prepaid services.

19.  Changes to Terms and Conditions

TBAI Solutions Private Limited may revise these Terms periodically. Users will be notified of significant changes through the Platform or email. Continued use of TeachBetter.ai constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.
